Scope: Bathroom work at 6516 Continental St, Williamsburg, VA. All work described in the Included Scope above. Any work not listed is not included unless agreed in writing.
Structural excluded: header reinforcement, joist repairs, subfloor sheet replacement, engineering, foundation modifications.
Contractor supplies: shower base and surround insert, shower door, drain line materials, smoke detector(s), GFCI device, drywall materials and finish compounds.
MEP contingency: if live wiring or plumbing is found inside the wall or floor cavity during demo, a change order covers rerouting.
Paint: drywall finished paint-ready; primer and paint excluded.
Notes: Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship.
Payment: Total project cost $6,950.00. Deposit $3,475.00 — upon signing · Upon completion of project $3,475.00.
